Aim

In this module, you will collaborate with colleagues 
from the other DAS Work+Health specialization, as 
well as with the company’s project owner, to address 
a real-world workplace health challenge. You will 
apply the knowledge and skills you have acquired so 
far, integrating them into an interdisciplinary project. 
Within your project group, you will define roles and 
responsibilities to ensure a successful outcome—for 
both your own learning and the company involved.
Upon completion, students will be able to:
– Translate customer needs and orders into a 
structured workplace analysis
– Foster interdisciplinary cooperation and teamwork 
among occupational health specialists
– Communicate assessment results and recommendations to different target groups and individuals

– Ethics and legal boundaries
– Mindsets, skills, and approaches of different teams
– Team cooperation, coordination and leadership
– Team-customer relationships and customer 
expectations
– Development of project strategies
– Practical independent group field work, communication, and reporting
