OM2: Work ability and return to work
Module Description
Aim
In this module, students learn to assess and improve
or maintain the ability and aptitude for
work of individuals and special groups.
Upon completion, students will be able to:
– Examine, document, and analyze the data on
biopsychosocial work demands and work ability of
an individual
– Select and adapt effective interventions with the
aim of maintaining or regaining an individual’s
work ability
